About
An acid synth that grew beyond its capabilities into unknown territories. Inspired by otherside station scramble, the idea was simple: a spinoff of .nuxx with key-tracking going to the oscillators instead of the filter. Over time, it evolved into a fusion of several features referenced from other COMET'S TAIL plugins.

Signal flow
Modules → Filter → Ringmod → Amplitude → Delay → Chorus → Drive* → Output
*Drive = Distortion → Quantizer

Modules
Each of these sound-generators have their own phase distortion oscillator with the same controls. Waveforms are listed like so:

PDO Waveforms
None (W2 only) → Saw → Square → Pulse → Saw-Pulse → Double Sine → Resonant 1 → Resonant 2 → Resonant 3

W1: the first waveform, the distortion's destination.
W2: the second waveform, the distortion's origin.
Dist: distortion depth between the two selected waveforms.
Oct: sets octave.
Semi: sets semitone.
Fine: fine-tuning. Double-click to reset.
Sync: syncs the PDO to input pitch.
The following controls are (somewhat) exclusive to their modules.

Bass!

Bass
The main generator; a 303's heart.
Morph: shifts the output waveform between square/50% pulse (left) and sawtooth (right).
PM: adjusts how much its PDO modulates the output waveform's phase.
FM: sends the PDO to the waveform's frequency, creating intense squelchy sounds that aren't always tonally coherent.
Octave: introduces higher-octave synced oscillators. The square goes up to one octave, while the saw can reach two. Not to be confused with the octave control of the PDO.

Doubler

Doubler
A sawtooth that runs an octave lower than the input pitch.
PM: PDO phase modulation depth.
FM: same as above, but for frequency.

Noise

Noise
It's noise. It's sent as an input pitch to its PDO, leading to grungy waveshapes.
Color: shifts between white and pink.
Mix: morphs between pure noise and the PDO.

Filter
Filter
The output filter for the soundmaking modules, and where acid squelchiness can be introduced.
Freq: pitch cutoff.
Rez: filter resonance.
S&H: introduces chaotic sample&held voltages to the cutoff. Every note trigger sends a random value, and chaos increases in intensity with the knob.
The teeth: an envelope sent to the filter pitch. From left to right, the sliders are attack, decay, sustain, and release.
Amt: the level of the aforementioned envelope.

Other envelopes

The Syringe

Syringe
An envelope that is sent to either the input pitch or the octaves of the Bass! and Doubler.
Inject: the amount of the envelope.

Amplitude and the stuff next to it

Amp
It's an amplitude envelope. Wow! Who could've guessed!
Vsens: makes either the filter or amp velocity-sensitive.
Funny: turns the synth polyphonic (up; 6 keys maximum) or monophonic (down).
Glide: portamento time.

Effects

Ringmod

Ringmod
A sinewave ring modulator with droning to stuttery results.
Oct: sets the sine's octave.
Semi: sets the sine's semitone.
Fine: fine-tuning. Double-click to reset.

Delay

Delay
A mono delay with simple controls.
Time: sets response time.
Fdbk: feedback amount.
Tone: a fixed-resonance lowpass filter.
Mix: adds the delay.

Chorus

Chorus
Extra voices that spread the sound across the stereo field.
Mix: blends in the chorus.
Depth: adjusts the extremity of the voices, ranging from near-mono to wide.
Rate: the speed of oscillation.
Shrill: swaps the internal oscillator between sine (up) and triangle (down).
Type: the type of filter the chorus goes through.
Freq: pitch cutoff of the filter.
Rez: resonance of the filter.

Drive

Drive
Soft and fuzzy drive. Makes the output fat and/or crunchy.
Mix: wet/dry for the distortion.
Shp: distortion shape.
Quant: bit-quantization.

Output
Output
It's the master output. Adds clipping when dialed up. The oscilloscopes display the left and right channels, while the buttons below them are for saving and loading presets.
